BPM

BPM stands for Passenger Car and Motorcycle Tax. The BPM is a tax levied in the Netherlands on passenger cars and motorcycles. If you have a lease car, you pay BPM to the leasing company. They put the BPM on the invoice and pay it to the importer, who transfers the BPM to the tax authorities.
