A business car is a car that a company makes available to its employees. It is therefore often a passenger car that is registered in the name of a legal entity or natural person and that is used for business purposes for at least 50%. It is also possible to drive a company car privately, but in that case an additional tax is calculated. A company car can also be referred to as a company car.
