With a fuel card you pay after refueling with the fuel card instead of with a debit or credit card. At the end of each month you will receive an invoice for everything paid with the fuel card. This way you can benefit from many administrative benefits. This way you maintain a clear overview of the costs and you receive detailed information about the mileage, location of refueling, the amount and the date. In addition, paying with a fuel card is very safe and you can also reclaim VAT by using a fuel card.
By having us carry out your mileage registration, you can save a lot of valuable time. Professional mileage registration systems are also more accurate than manual registration. Do you drive less than 500 kilometers privately by car? Then you don't have to pay any additional tax. However, you must keep track of your journeys to demonstrate that you do not drive more than 500 kilometers per year privately. In addition, in some sectors and companies it is mandatory to register kilometers.
Replacement transport in the event of a breakdown is included as standard in your lease, but only after 24 hours. Do you want immediate replacement transport, and not have to wait 24 hours first? It is also possible to add immediate replacement transport as an extra option, so that you never have to wait long in a breakdown situation and you can immediately continue on your way.
It may happen that during a current short-term lease contract you discover that the car does not quite suit you. For example, you may be looking for a car with better performance, a car that offers more space or a car that has more advanced technology than the car you currently drive. It may also be that the costs of your current car are too high, that you (temporarily) drive the car less or that you are moving to the city, for example, so that a different type of car is required. In that case it is possible to downgrade the car. However, if you want to downgrade the car, you are obliged to extend the term of your short-term lease contract by a few months. By downgrading you save on your monthly lease costs and you always drive a car that suits your needs at that moment.

Have you taken out a contract for an x number of kilometers per year, but have you discovered that you drive more? Then it is a good idea to increase the number of kilometers in your contract. This means that you pay a higher amount each month, but prevents you from having to pay the additional kilometer price for the excess kilometers driven. Ultimately, it is always wise to increase your mileage as soon as you discover that you are driving too much.
